It should be noted here that the soldering iron must use an anti-static soldering iron, and the maintenance personnel must also take anti-static measures (such as wearing an electrostatic ring and anti-static gloves, etc.)

Outdoor line lights cannot sustain high temperature: the two important components of led line lights, led and FPC, and led line lights are products that cannot sustain high temperature. If the FPC continues to be at high temperature or exceeds its withstand temperature, the cover film of the FPC will foam, which will directly cause the led line lamp to be scrapped. At the same time, LEDs cannot withstand high temperature continuously. After a long time at high temperature, the LED strip light chip will be burned out by high temperature. Therefore, the soldering iron used in the maintenance of the LED light strip must be a temperature-controlled soldering iron to limit the temperature within a range, and it is forbidden to change and set it casually. In addition, even so, it should be noted that the soldering iron should not stay on the pin of the led strip light for more than 10 seconds during maintenance. If this time is exceeded, it is likely to burn out the led strip light chip.
If the outdoor line light does not light up, please check whether the circuit is connected, whether the contact is poor, and whether the positive and negative poles of the light bar are reversed. The brightness of the light bar is obviously low. Please check whether the rated power of the power supply is less than the power of the light bar, or the connection wire is too thin, which causes the connection wire to consume too much power. The front of the led line light is obviously brighter than the back. Please check whether the length of the series is more than 3 meters.

According to the analysis of the material of the PCB board, there are also many quality levels of the PCB board. Most of the cheap line lights on the market use the PCB board of the secondary material, which is easy to delaminate after being heated, and the copper foil is too thin. It is easy to fall off, the adhesion is not good, the copper foil layer and the PCB layer are easy to separate, not to mention the stability of the circuit, do you still expect the circuit to be stable when the board is like this? Most of the cheap linear lights have not undergone reasonable circuit layout and inspection tests to evaluate their reliability and stability.
